Selling Pies:

You are responsible for collecting payment for the pies at the time of sale. All pies are $14.00 each. Checks should be made payable to Middletown Rotary Club.

Please be sure to give a receipt to each purchaser UNLESS you plan on picking up and delivering the pies yourself. Note on the receipt the purchaser's name and how many of each type of pie were purchased, and point out the pickup dates and times that are printed on the receipt. The purchaser should present the receipt when picking up the pies.

Pickup/Delivery of Pies:

All pies will be delivered to Heritage Commons, 38 Boston Road, Middletown, on November 9. Pies can be picked up by Rotarians or by purchasers on the following dates and times:

Tuesday, November 9 between 6 and 8 p.m.

Wednesday, November 10 from 4 to 6 p.m.

According to Lyman Orchards, the frozen pies will keep safely for up to six hours without refrigeration. If you are delivering pies to your purchasers, please plan ahead so you can deliver in a timely fashion that will enable the buyers to freeze or bake the pies before they thaw.
